I will describe stocks theoretically but also practically to give you the way to create a  good strategy. There are several things we need to review to be ready for strategic creation of stock portfolios.

You need at least follow these guidelines to get better accuracy in stock analyses.

1. Fundamental analysis.
Choose the best: Markets that will expand in the long run (or will move in the same direktion as your strategy does). Stocks that have to do with your strategy in different sections.

2. Check the Beta value of each stock,
Stocks that have opposite beta values to each other will give better managed portfolio risk. It is because of the negative correlation that they have to each other.

3. Low beta value gives the lower stock volatility (lower portfolio risk).

4. Choose the best companies that will create higher values in the future.

Do not let your mind make you feel comfortable with cheap stock prices, the determance of stock prices do not only depends on the stock prices. The all are about the valuation of the companies. Stock prices are dependent on the companies performance.
